I’d give them 10 stars if I could! Tim is an A+++ business owner and a consummate professional. He really came through in a pinch for us when our heater gave out just as the temperatures dropped and we were heading out of town. He and his nephew came in within hours of our distressed call and quickly identified the problem and installed a new furnace for us while we were away. He took care of everything including loaning us temporary space heaters until the install. He was extremely reasonable, honest and a great pleasure to do business with. FIVE STARS!  I am very impressed with North Pittsburgh Heating Co., Tim arrived and even though my system is OLD he identified the issue and replaced a part.

Tim, Al, Dan and Jim were absolutely FANTASTIC! My heat went out on the coldest day of the year and Tim was able to come the next morning to give me an estimate. The install was set for two days out and he generously lent me a few heaters to keep my family and I comfortable until the install date. Service is top notch! Tim graciously came to repair our broken furnace that broke over night on Thanksgiving morning. He was informative, helpful and friendly and was able to immediately identify our issues. He was able to quickly repair our furnace and make recommendations for a replacement we will need in the future due to the age of our unit. We appreciated his quick response and ability to help us out on a holiday, especially this year! We would highly recommend using this company for honest and quality work. Thank you so much! I’ve had Tim and his crew taking care of my heating and cooling needs for years!  Bought my new furnace from them a few years ago and North Pittsburgh Heating can’t be beat for pricing, quality and service. Dan was out today for a furnace check and small AC fix, and he was absolutely wonderful—so nice, knowledgeable and took care of everything quickly and thoroughly.
